On February 14th we celebrate love. A day where we show our loved ones how much we care and appreciate them. Usually this is done through flowers, chocolates, stuffed animals or other sentimental gifts. This year, I challenge you to do something different. For the next 14 days, I want you to meditate for 10 minutes a day on the theme of love.
On the first day, think about what love means to you. Is it a feeling? Is it something that you do? Is it both? How does love make you feel? Every day for the next two weeks, spend some time thinking about love and meditating on what it means to you.

By the end of this 14 day challenge you will have cultivated a deeper understanding and appreciation for love. So, take some time in the next two weeks to focus on what it means to you and how we can better our relationships through mindful practice. May your heart be full of love!
