Welcome to Ray of Life Coaching, operated by Ray Naputi, a Master Professional Coach. By accessing or using any services provided by Ray of Life Coaching, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this agreement. Services Ray of Life Coaching provides life coaching services to clients, which includes one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and workshops. Coaching services are offered via telephone, video conferencing, or in-person sessions. The client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and that coaching does not guarantee any specific results. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 2 days of your scheduled session, you will be charged for the session in full. If you do not show up for a scheduled session, you will also be charged for the session in full. Payment Policy All payments must be made in full via the website www.rayoflifecoaching.com prior to booking a coaching session. Ray of Life Coaching accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and other forms of online payment. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Confidentiality Ray of Life Coaching recognizes the importance of confidentiality in the coaching relationship. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. However, there is a duty to report if there is suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or a credible threat of harm to yourself or another person. Disclaimer Coaching is a personal development process, and results may vary from person to person. Ray of Life Coaching makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of coaching services. The client is responsible for their own actions, decisions, and results. Intellectual Property All content provided by Ray of Life Coaching, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and videos, are the intellectual property of Ray of Life Coaching and may not be used without permission. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray of Life Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the coaching services provided. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, without cause or penalty, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid in full. Hours of Operation Ray of Life Coaching's hours of operation are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 4pm. Unscheduled Calls Any unscheduled calls outside of a coaching session will be billed at a rate of $75 for every 30 minutes, after a grace period of 5 minutes. This fee will be charged to the client's account and must be paid in full before any additional services are provided. By clicking "I Agree" and submitting payment for coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, and that this agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Ray of Life Coaching.
